Start with five links, not fifteen
Your page doesn't need to be an archive. It needs to help someone take the next step.

Your page does not need to be a complete archive. It needs to help someone take the next useful step. Start with the action that matters most right now, then add the links that answer the questions a new visitor is likely to have.
For an illustrator, that might mean a print shop, a portfolio, commission information, a newsletter signup and a contact link. A café might lead with ordering, followed by opening hours, directions, the menu and events.
Give each link a job
Use labels that explain the destination. "Shop the new prints" tells a visitor more than "Explore." "Book a portrait session" is clearer than "Work with me." Read the labels without the rest of the page. Can someone still predict what happens next?
If a link doesn't have a job, it's just in the way.
Five is a useful starting point, not a product limit. Add more when they serve a real need, and remove expired campaigns so your page stays current.
