Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sitemoon ("Sitemoon", "we", "us") runs sitemoon.co, a link in bio tool for creators, small businesses and portfolios. By creating an account or using sitemoon.co you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Sitemoon.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• One person per account. Don't share an account or create accounts for someone else without their permission.
• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account.

3. Usernames

Usernames are 4 to 28 characters: letters and numbers, with at most one period that isn't first or last. They are first come, first served.

We can reclaim a username that is inactive, impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or breaks our Acceptable Use Policy. Some names are reserved and can't be claimed.

4. Your content

You own everything you publish. You give Sitemoon permission to host, store, copy and show it so your page works, including in previews and thumbnails. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload. You can remove your content at any time.

5. Pro

Pro costs $8 a month or $72 a year, billed in advance, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your settings.

When you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that your main page stays live, pages over the Free limit become drafts and Pro looks switch back to free ones. Nothing is deleted.

6. Badges

• Gold check: given by our team, by hand, to trusted people and organizations of real note. It is never sold.
• Blue check: for Pro members whose profile our team has reviewed. It only shows while you're on Pro: if Pro ends it's hidden, and it returns when you renew. It pauses for re-review if you change your name or photo, and we can remove it if the rules are broken.

7. Free plan limits

The Free plan includes 1 live page plus up to 2 drafts, with unlimited links and free stats. Pro raises this to 6 live pages and 12 pages in total.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts, remove content or reclaim usernames that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where we can, we'll warn you first.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Sitemoon is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and online, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sitemoon is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll let you know by email or in the app.
