The short version

We collect only what we need to run your account and your page.
Visitor stats are counted without ads and we never sell data.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

1. What we collect

Account: your email address and, if you choose, a password (stored hashed).
Google sign in: only your name, email address and profile photo. We don't access your Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data.
Profile content: your username, name, photo, bio, links and anything else you put on your page.
Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive your plan and billing status, not your full card details.
Page visit stats: visits, link taps, rough country, device type and where a visit came from.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
To publish and show the page you build.
To show you your stats.
To send important account emails, and occasional product news you can unsubscribe from.

3. Visitor stats

We count visits with an anonymous device id, not a profile of the person. We don't run ads, we don't use ad trackers and we never sell your data or your visitors' data.

4. Google user data

Sitemoon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to sign you in and fill in your basic profile.

5. Cookies

We use a few cookies and similar storage for your login session, your preferences and stats. No ad cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

We only share data with trusted providers that help us host and run Sitemoon (hosting, database, email, payments), under strict confidentiality, or when the law requires it.

7. Where data is stored

Your data is stored with our cloud hosting providers, encrypted in transit and protected with industry standard access controls.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. Stats are kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your pages come down straight away and your data is removed within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (such as invoices).

9. Your rights

See and export your data.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete your account from Settings, or by emailing us.

10. Children

Sitemoon is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has an account, tell us and we'll remove it.
